Yes, the quotes we have provided are based on the laptop having working DC mains charger. However, if you do not have the charger, you can still send in your laptop and it will processed accordingly.

On Windows:
Click on 'Start' (or press the "Windows" key on your keyboard) and then using the keyboard type System; this should come up with an option called "System - Control Panel" or simialr depending on which version of Windows. Click on the "System" and this should pop up with a window that has the processor information in. In the example below, the device has an 'Intel Core i3' processor. Another way to identify what processor you have is to look out for stickers which can be found on the laptop near the keyboard. An example of such stickers are shown below.

If you are still however struggling, choose any processor on the form. Once the device arrives to us, our team will be able to determine the right processor and adjust your quote for you accordingly.

Laptop Age
A rough idea on how old your device is from brand new. This section is used to estimate the generation of the chosen processor and general age of your device. Below is a rough guidline for this criteria:
  • Less than 1 year old
    • This is a criteria for Near New/ Brand new devices, Intel Core iX-8XXX (8th Gen) or similar
  • Less than 2 Years Old
    • Intel Core iX-7xxx (7th Gen processors or similar
  • 2 - 3 Years Old
    • Intel Core ix-6xxx processors or similar
  • 4 Years Old
    • Intel Core iX-4XXX and iX-5XXX processors or similar
  • 4 to 5 Years Old
    • 3rd Generation Intel Processors or similar
  • 6 Years Old
    • 2nd Generation Intel Processors or similar
